Gita Taasoobshirazi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia in 2007, with areas of concentration in cognition, statistics, and measurement. Her research focus is on applying educational psychology to the learning of science.
