This course will introduce you to the basic and intermediate skills of soccer, including passing, dribbling, feinting, shooting, juggling, collecting, and positional play. Small-sided games will be practiced to incorporate these skills to lead up to game play.
This skill course introduces students to the lifetime activity of volleyball. This will be a fundamental course, teaching the basics of the game from scoring to the actual playing. This course will also cover volleyball etiquette. The class will play two on two, three on three, and standard volleyball.
Prerequisite: PEX 148A
Some playing experience and knowledge of the game is necessary. The course will focus on improving fundamental skills and playing strategies.
This class is designed to give students the opportunity to learn the rules, fundamental skills, history and strategies of basketball. The class will provide for students with varying skills, knowledge and backgrounds. Students will have an opportunity to practice the skills and fundamentals through instruction , play and competition
