Guidelines for Submitting Proposals to CERP

1. WHO:  All proposals submitted by graduate students to Clark County School District (CCSD) must be submitted to CERP.
2. WHEN:  Proposals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.  Return time is five working days during the regular academic year.  Send to Gregg Schraw, mailstop 3003, 895-2606.
3. HOW:  Follow the guidelines suggested by the Office for the Protection of Research Subjects (OPRS) at their website:  http://www.unlv.edu/Research/hsindex.html.  Submit the same form of the proposal to OPRS and CERP.  Preferably, submit to CERP first, obtain feedback, then submit to OPRS.
4. Submit your completed proposal with CERP and OPRS approval to:  Gregg Schraw, MS 3003.  Proposals will be forwarded to CCSD, who reviews them the last week of each month.
