This workshop will provide junior faculty and graduate students with information regarding research and scholarship. We will define research and scholarship within an educational context, introduce various types of scholarship and discuss how to set priorities between articles, book chapters and grants.
Using Google Apps February 17, 2017; Noon-1 p.m.
Carlson Education Building Room 212
This workshop will provide information and knowledge about how to use Google applications.
The order of workshops may change depending on availability of presenters.

National Science Foundation Workshop The purposes of this workshop were to present program information related to DUE, HRD, and DRL and to go over the nuts-&-bolts of submitting a proposal to NSF (expectations and processes).
Understanding Impact Factors Workshop The purpose of this workshop was to define and discuss impact factors and how impact factors influence perceptions of research and scholarship. Various metrics were also discussed.
