The UNLV Partnership for Research, Assessment, Counseling, Therapy and Innovative Clinical Education - The PRACTICE - is a community mental health training clinic.
The PRACTICE Clinic serves as a teaching, training and research clinic for faculty and students in the Colleges of Education and Liberal Arts.
The clinic's mission is to simultaneously serve 3 equally important and interdependent purposes:
- To provide low cost, quality behavioral, cognitive and mental health assessment and therapy services to the UNLV and greater Las Vegas communities.
- To provide teaching, supervision, and clinical training experiences for UNLV graduate students by faculty experts.
- To support behavioral, cognitive, and mental health research by UNLV faculty and graduate students.
