Educational Psychology - Admission Applications

Your first step in the admission process is the completion of two application forms: an application for the UNLV Graduate College and a Department application for the specific program to which you are applying.

The Graduate College online admission process is available at Graduate College Admission.

The department application forms are available in the main office of the Educational Psychology Department (Carlson Education Building, Room 221) or can be downloaded as a pdf file using the links below. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Program to download, prepare, and then print the application form. Information can now be typed directly into the application form, but it is not submitted online. Instead, you will mail or deliver the completed form and requested attachments to the department office (Educational Psychology Department, UNLV, P.O. Box 453003, Las Vegas, NV 89154-3003). Deadline for receipt of materials is February 1.
