Mentor Teachers who visit this site will find information related to the requirements of serving as a mentor for our students. Field/site supervisors who visit this site will find information related to managing the field placements of the students who are assigned to you. October 1, 2016: Last day to submit an application to take a Field Experience Course in the Spring 2017 semester. Applications can be accessed in the Teacher Education Field Experiences Portal after first meeting with an advisor.
The Teacher Education Field Experiences Portal is where students, mentor teachers, and field supervisors go to access and submit field observation/evaluation forms. Applications and waiver forms to for field experiences are also available within the portal.

Effective 10/01/2015, the Clark County School District (CCSD) will be moving to online payment for fingerprints as well as an online CCSD Volunteer Application for all practicum students, interns, and student teachers. CCSD will no longer accept money orders/ cashier's checks for fingerprint payment. For more information visit the Fingerprinting and CCSD Form site.
