Effective July 1, 2011, the UNLV College of Education has been reorganized from six departments into three departments; these include the department of Educational and Clinical Studies, the department of Educational Research, Cognition and Development and the department of Teaching and Learning.
The department of Sports Education Leadership has been eliminated as of July 1, 2011.

Currently enrolled Physical Education and Sports Education Leadership undergraduate students should contact the COE Advising & Field Placement Center for more information regarding their program statuses.
